Gymkhana has held a Michelin star since 2014 for its classic and contemporary Indian cuisine.
Gymkhana is split over two floors offering two distinctive looks and feels, with the restaurant’s ground floor and bar resplendent in tones of jade green, polished dark timber and rich printed fabrics. Inspired by the residential mansions of Kolkata and Pondicherry.
Down a mirrored staircase, the lower ground floor references subtle elements of north-Indian architecture and a vivid colour palette of peach and Kashmiri chill red.
Throughout the restaurant, the interiors are elevated by an array of original Gymkhana features including hunting trophies from the Maharaja of Jodhpur and Grandmother Sethi’s barometer.
Gymkhana offers an exclusive vault experience for groups of up to 10, perfect for intimate dinners. Vault 30 is a semi-private vault, home to the Gymkhana wine cellar; Vault 40 offers total discretion with banquette style seating.
SEMI-PRIVATE & EXCLUSIVE HIRE
Gymkhana is also available to hire for other special occasions, including weddings. We offer semi-private hire of our lower ground floor (with or without the private dining vaults) as well as exclusive hire of the whole restaurant.
